惜しまれつつ2005年9月いっぱいで5年半のレギュラーの幕を閉じた人気バラエティ番組「内村プロデュース」から飛び出したリーダー、内村光良、さまぁ～ず(三村マサカズ、大竹一樹)、TIM(ゴルゴ松本、レッド吉田)、ふかわりょうの人気グループ「NO PLAN」。今回のラストアルバムをもって彼らも惜しまれつつ遂に解散。「NO PLAN」の有終の美を飾る集大成的内容のラストアルバムは、ザ・ハイロウズの真島昌利氏の書き下ろしというビッグ・アーティストとのコラボ曲あり、楽しいオリジナル曲や替え歌あり、彼らの名言や迷言をサンリングしたダンス・ミックスあり、今までのNO PLAN代表曲を繋いだDJミックスありと盛りだくさんな内容。更に曲間にはメンバー全員がパーソナリテーを勤める架空の大爆笑ラジオ番組「今夜はNO PLAN!!」の番組が進行していくという作りになっている。
