The new album by the extraordinary technical three-piece band Soko ni Naru from Osaka is released as their third full album in two years. This release contains eight tracks packed with the current pinnacle of Soko ni Naru, including "miss-dystopia," which was used as the ending theme for the 2025 anime "FARMAGIA," the digital singles "Kono Senjo" and "Troimerei no Saichu de," and five previously unreleased new songs. In 2026, Soko ni Naru, a one-of-a-kind ever-evolving presence, completes a labyrinth of colorful musical landscapes representing a utopia of solitary and supreme near-future high-technical pop rock music that far surpasses the conceivable limits of three-piece sound. The lead track "Tomei," which is digitally released in advance on May 2, 2026, presents their new futuristic danceable pop style, highlighted by Soko ni Naru-style funky guitar cutting, four-on-the-floor beats, and waves of impressive lyrics. The music video for "Tomei" features Kenji Kawamura, who has collaborated with the band many times, as technical producer, with Gt.Vo. Atsushi Suzuki serving as director and Ba.Vo. Misaki Fujiwara handling motion graphics, challenging themselves with the band's first-ever one-take music video. This ambitious work is expressed through a completely new method.
