Omega Tribe made their record debut in April 1983, but disbanded in December 1985 after a live performance at Yokohama Bunka Gymnasium. They were active for only two and a half years. In February 2004, the 20th anniversary of their debut, Sugiyama called for the reunion of the group and they held a concert titled "First Final 2: Live with Omega" in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka, but guitarist Takashima was absent. The album includes hit songs such as "SUMMER SUSPICION," "Your Heart is Marine Blue," and "Futari no Natsu Monogatari -NEVER ENDING SUMMER-," which is still one of Kiyotaka Sugiyama's best-known songs.
