Based on a gag shonen manga written by Koji Kumeta ("Sayonara Zetsubo Sensei") published between 1998 and 2004. Created by Shaft Studio ("Negima," "Bakemonogatari") and directed by Akiyuki Shinbo. Plot: After an accident caused by his childhood friend Umi Natori, Kaizo Katsu, a former child prodigy, lost all his skills and got interest about paranormal field. He believes he is a cyborg now, and that's create many funny situations. Included 2 episodes, booklet and digipack.
