This is a fantastic release of the classic anime series. My only complaint would be the lack of the alternate version of the movie's credits (and, admittedly, this is a VERY small concern). The box is designed to be compact, taking up very little shelf space, and each of the red thin cases is etched on both sides. The bonus disc, in addition to the features listed in the item's description, includes the two promotional videos Genesis 0:0 and Genesis 0:0' ("In the Beginning" & "The Light from Darkness", respectively), which were previously very difficult to find on VHS (and the quality here if FAR superior to the those!). Also, the original "on-air" versions of episodes 21-24 are presented on the discs right next to their laserdisc/VHS counterparts (with added footage), giving fans a chance to compare the differences, and see both versions in the beautifully remastered footage. Unfortunately, there is not a booklet included with this release; otherwise, it's fairly perfect for an Evangelion fan.
