Singing On Monday

[Machine Translation] Kusa to ten shoes", a new band formed by four store owners, has released its first album. Yusuke Igarashi ( fishing with john ), who is also a member of the band, produced the album. Toshiaki Yamada ( GOMES THE HITMAN ), who supports Igarashi, also contributes songs and chorus, and Koji Ataka, who is also a member of World Standard, plays pedal steel and mandolin. Hiroshi Ueno, who has worked with Humbert Humbert and Uri Nakayama, was in charge of engineering. The acoustic guitar ensemble spun by Igarashi, the lively toy instruments such as keyboard harmonica, glockenspiel, and toy piano played by Tomoko Iwasaki and Ayumi Ishikawa, and Aya Sasaki's primitive but dignified vocals create a pleasant folky sound that attracts the listener's ears. The members of the band are all beloved by Masato Tomobe, who is a member of the band. The album also includes a cover of "My Dancing Girl" by Masato Tomobe, whom the band members adore. The album title comes from the fact that each store is closed on Mondays.
