This is true to the name; it's an actual movie with setlists in between. The order of the bands that play is SWANKY DANK, AIR SWELL, BLUE ENCOUNT, MY FIRST STORY. Between the sets (each band plays 3 songs, I believe!), they show the different behind the scenes that came from touring with the four bands. It's really entertaining, and each band puts on a great performance, definitely a must-buy! (P.S. MY FIRST STORY fans will now recognize the intro music when Hiro comes onstage!)
