No Pressure, led by Parker Cannon, frontman of the hugely popular pop-punk band The Story So Far, releases its long-awaited second album, its first in about four years. After the release of their debut album, their first Japan tour, held in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, sold out all performances. The following year, their appearance at BLOODAXE FESTIVAL and their second Japan tour were also major successes. Back home in the U.S., they have continued to tour with Gorilla Biscuits, Terror, Drain, Pain of Truth, and others, becoming a truly unique presence: a pop-punk band that also commands overwhelming support from the hardcore scene. This album carries forward the flow of their previous work while fusing irresistibly catchy, lean pop-punk with nonstop speed and the influence of their roots in hardcore and blink-182. Updating their love for '90s pop-punk with a modern sensibility, they have completed a thrilling album that races forward without losing any of its unwavering power or momentum. Production, recording, and mixing were handled by Jon Markson, known for his work with Drain, Drug Church, Quicksand, and others.
