1994年に入り、ニュー・アルバム制作直前にフロント・マンのマイケル・キスクとドラマーのインゴ・シュヴィヒテンバーグの脱退により、元ピンク・クリーム69のヴォーカルのアンディ・デリスと元ガンマ・レイのウリ・カッシュが加入しスタジオ・アルバム『Master Of The Rings』を完成させ、ヨーロッパ限定のコンサート・ツアーを行う。このツアーの中で同年11月20日のドイツのリヒテンフェルスでのコンサートはドイツのラジオ局WDRの番組として収録・放送される。本作はこの放送時の音源によるライヴ・アルバムであり、アンコールを含めて当日のコンサートを完全収録。輸入盤国内仕様。
