音楽的方向性の問題からヴォーカルのブルース・ディッキンソンが脱退、新たに元ウルフズベインのブレイズ・ベイリーが加入しニュー・アルバムの制作に入る。そして1995年10月にスタジオ・アルバムとして『X Factor』をリリース。これを受けて同年に新ラインアップとしての初のワールド・ツアーを行う。このツアーの後半の南米ツアーでの8月29日のチリ公演では地元のテレビ局がコンサートを生中継。本作はこのテレビ放送時に収録された音源によるライヴ・アルバムであり、コンサートの模様を完全収録。 前半ではニュー・アルバムの楽曲を中心に配し、後半ではこれまでのアルバムの代表楽曲を配するというセット・リストはファンに支持される内容だ。またブレイズ・ベイリー在籍時のライヴ・アルバムは存在していないだけに必携モノのアルバムの登場! 輸入盤国内仕様。
