広島、長崎と原子爆弾の被害にあった日本人として、世界の平和を強く願い、又、社会問題にもなっている福島県の第一原発の処理水の海洋放出問題については、それを世界の海に容易に流してはいけないのではないかと訴える、脱原発をテーマにした楽曲。曲調はロック系で、セリフによるメッセージの訴えと歌で「地獄の水」の恐ろしさを表現している。前作好評だった「海に流していいのげ」に続く第2弾。『黙示録編』では、その海洋放出をあたかも予言していたのではないかと思われる聖書の一節をセリフに引用している。
