[Machine Translation] Beach House, the leading male-female duo in the U.S. dream pop scene, has released a new album of previously unreleased songs! Although they are B-sides, these songs have never been released because they simply didn't fit the concept or there was not enough space for them on the albums they have released. Rain In Numbers" was recorded in 2005, after the band was formed, and is a secret song that was created during the making of the band's debut album. White Moon" and "The Arrangement" were not included on the third album "Teen Dream" because they did not match the atmosphere of the album. The songs were hastily remixed at the time, and the new version is a new remix that is more in line with the current Beach House aesthetic. Other tracks on the album include "Depression Cherry," which was highly acclaimed in the music press, as well as "Chariot" and "Baseball Diamond," which were not included on the previous "Think Your Lucky Stars" album. This album is a compilation of songs that have never been released because they had no place on the album, and will be a welcome addition to dream pop fans and fans of the past. 米ドリーム・ポップ界を牽引する男女デュオ、ビーチ・ハウスが未収録の楽曲をコンパイルしたニュー・アルバムをリリース! Bサイドとはいえ、これらの楽曲は単に今まで発表してきたアルバムに収録するにはコンセプトが合わなかったり、スペースがなかった故にリリースされてこなかった。「Rain In Numbers」はバンド結成後の2005年にレコーディングされたもので、デビュー・アルバム制作時に誕生した秘密の曲。「White Moon」と「The Arrangement」は、サード・アルバム『ティーン・ドリーム』の雰囲気にマッチしないという理由で収録されなかった。当時急いで音源のリミックスを行ったので、今回収録されているのは現在のビーチ・ハウスの美学に沿った形で新たにリミックスされたもの。その他にも、著名音楽媒体から高い評価を得た『ディプレッション・チェリー』や前作『サンク・ユア・ラッキー・スターズ』の未収録曲「Chariot」や「Baseball Diamond」も今回収録されている。いままで居場所がなくリリースされてこなかった楽曲たちがコンパイルされた本作は、ドリーム・ポップファンや往年のファンに嬉しい1枚。歌詞対訳、ライナーノーツ付 (予定)。
