Description

[Machine Translation] [Outlaw action film with a star-studded cast including Asahi Kobayashi, Chieko Matsubara, and Sanae Nakahara. The film dramatically depicts the passionate way of life of men and women who try to defy the dark code of the yakuza. --Katsuta (Asahi Kobayashi), an executive of the Izu-gumi, is struggling to rebuild his gang to counter the Yoshida-gumi, which is gaining ground in the turf war. One day, one of the Izu clan's henchmen (Hiroshi Takao) sells out Hanako (Sanae Nakahara), a girl whom the Yoshida clan's henchman "Diamond Winter" (Daisaburo Hirata) had befriended. Katsuta, who saw Winter searching for Hanako like a madman, begins to search for Hanako, fearing revenge by the Yoshida clan. He stops by a gambling den on his search and sees Tatsuko ( Hiroko Ito ), a woman he met a long time ago. Katsuta learns that Tatsuko is the daughter of the legendary cheat master Okaruhachi, and challenges her to a game of hide-and-seek with him.

[鈴木清順生誕100周年記念シリーズ] 小林旭、松原智恵子、中原早苗など豪華出演陣で贈るアウトローアクション。やくざの暗い掟に逆らおうとする男と女の熱い生きざまをドラマチックに描写する。――伊豆組の幹部、勝田 (小林旭) は縄張り争いで台頭する吉田組に対抗すべく組の建て直しに奔走していた。ある日、吉田組の子分"ダイヤモンドの冬" (平田大三郎) が見初めた女・花子 (中原早苗) を、伊豆組の子分 (高緒弘志) が売り飛ばしてしまうという事件が発生する。狂気のように探す冬を見た勝田は、吉田組の復讐を恐れ花子を探し始める。すると、探索の途中で立ち寄った賭場で、昔出会った女・辰子 (伊藤弘子) を見かける。辰子が伝説のイカサマ師"おかる八"の女と知った勝田は、彼とサシの勝負を挑むのだが・・・。
