Starry☆Skyは12星座の性格特徴を持つキャラクターが登場し、ゲーム付きドラマCDと星座彼氏シリーズで展開する作品。ファンディスクとなる今作は、プラネタリウムCD&ゲーム『Starry☆Sky～in Autumn～』で彼らと恋に落ちた後の物語を描くおまけゲームと、彼らと出会ってから付き合うまでを振り返るドラマCDで新しい彼らとの愛の形をお届け。今作で登場するのは、天秤座の星月琥太郎、獅子座の陽日直獅、双子座の水嶋郁の教師3人組。『Starry☆Sky～in Autumn～』で恋に落ち、星座彼氏シリーズを経て、星座旦那シリーズへ。そこに至る2人の愛の物語。通常盤は、CD2枚枚組。 ※このファンディスクは、2009年に発売したプラネタリウムCD&ゲーム『Starry☆Sky』に付属のPCゲーム、星座彼氏シリーズ、2010年発売の星座旦那シリーズの前のお話ですが、単品でも楽しんで頂けるようになっています。
