Sun Yizhouは2000年生まれ、中国、北京在住の音楽家。Yan JunやZhu Wenboらが築いてきた北京の即興 / 実験音楽シーンの若い世代を代表し、レーベルやイヴェントの運営も手がけている。エレクトロニクスを使い、本来とは異なる操作から予期せぬサウンドを生み、それでいて全体としての構成力が見事な作品を創造している。Sun Yizhouは2023年7月3日、東京、Ftarriに出演し、ソロ演奏をおこなった。その内容がすばらしかったので、同年8月に北京の自宅でソロ演奏を録音し、この2曲を収録したアルバムを制作した。両曲とも25分程度、Sun Yizhouの今の姿がわかるフィードバックによる完全即興演奏。
