東京在住の市原義己はシンセサイザー奏者。東京周辺のライヴ会場で演奏活動をおこない、Ftarriのスペースにも出演している。2022年には、野本直輝 (コンピュータ、シンセサイザー)とのデュオによるFtarriでのライヴ演奏を収録したCD『Live at Ftarri』をリリース。本CDは、市原義己がスタジオで録音し制作した3作品を収めたソロ・アルバム。シンセサイザー以外にギターと6弦チェロも使用し、彼の得意とするアンビエント・ドローンの2曲に、ボーナス・トラックとして趣の異なる1曲を追加した全3曲。いずれも20分を超えて情感豊かにサウンドが流れゆく。市原のユニークな音楽性が遺憾なく発揮された渾身の一作。
