As the title suggests, this is a full live performance of Amorphis classic second album originally released in 1994. While the studio version is lauded by many as a genre and career defining album, I am not so sure. It never clicked with me and as the years have gone by, it's sounds painfully dated. But this is where the album is brough back to life and with a modern sound. Recorded live at the legendary Tavastia Club in Helsinki, this was recorded during the pandemic, without an audience. This does not affect the band's performance in any way, this seems to bring the album to life with the vastly superior vocals of Tommy Joutsen. If your an Amorphis fan you would already have this, if not a modern take on a death metal classic awaits you. There are no extra tracks or anything additional on the Japan version.
