1999年以降、約3年近くの間ライブ活動を停止していた冨士夫が2002年6月に突如ライブを再開。まだバンドメンバーも決まっていない状態の中、それでもライブ活動を再開したのには大きな理由があった。それはこの9年後に起きてしまった東日本大震災のような大きな災害の際に、当時老朽化し耐久性を疑われていた静岡県の浜岡原発の危険性を多くの人に知ってもらう為の動きに賛同したのがきっかけとなった。本作には静岡県内を中心に敢行された当時のソロツアーから2002年7月12日に京都で行った一夜限りのスペシャルライブを2枚のCDに完全収録した未発表音源を収録。
