Description

Blu-ray release of the film "Chonmage Purin" starring Ryo Nishikido (KANJANI8). Directed by Yoshihiro Nakamura of "The Glory of Team Batista." Plot: Hiroko Yusa is a single parent and struggles with raising her son Tomoya and working at the same time. One day, she meets a real samurai from the Edo period named Yasube Kijima who travels through time somehow to arrive in present day Japan. Yasube ends up working for Hiroko as a housemaid in return for food and lodging. He starts to make sweets for Tomoya, which leads to him become a popular patissier. The three gradually become very close, however time to say good bye also draws near...

シングルマザーのひろ子が出会ったのは骨太な男であるお侍。刀をケーキナイフに持ち替え、パティシエとしてデビュー!? 錦戸亮の映画初出演にして初主演作品! 新しいカタチのエンターテインメント! ――シングルマザーの遊佐ひろ子は、一人息子・友也の子育てと仕事に追われる忙しい毎日を送っていた。そんなある日、180年前の江戸からやってきた本物のお侍・木島安兵衛と出会う。成り行きでしばらくひろ子の家に居候することになった安兵衛は、お礼に家事のすべてを引き受けると宣言。初めはうさんくさいと感じていたひろ子であったが、安兵衛の誠実な人柄と筋の通った男らしさに触れ次第に心を改め、友也も安兵衛に父親といるような安心感を感じ、3人の間にはいつしか本当の家族のような絆が芽生え始める。そんな中、安兵衛は友也のためにつくったプリンをきっかけにお菓子づくりの才能を開花させ、ひょんなことからパティシエとしてその実力を世間に認められてしまうことになるが・・・。※本商品は2011年2月9日にリリースされた「ちょんまげぷりん」DVD通常版の映像をBlu-ray化した作品となります。本編収録映像の内容はDVD通常版収録のものと同一です。※特典映像の音声は、DTS HD Master Audio2.0chのみです。
