『ラブライブ! サンシャイン!!』の小宮有紗×TEAM SHACHIのセンター秋山帆華×実力派女優 萩原みのり他、フレッシュな女優陣が共演!! 亡くなった友達を求めて世界線を超える、女の子達の純粋な友情を描いたSFファンタジー! 好評を博した舞台「13月の女の子」の初演を演出した戸田彬弘監督(『名前』)による映画化! ――女子高生、穴森一穂(小宮有紗)は引っ込み思案でクラスに馴染めずにいた。そんなある日、生まれつき心臓病を患う唐木田巫女(秋本帆華)と偶然出会い、二人は親しくなっていった。しかし半年後、巫女は入院中に亡くなってしまう。悲しみに暮れている一穂に一通の手紙が届く・・・。『唐木田巫女について話があります。明日の夜、あの部屋に来て』巫女についての話とは? 一穂は一人、夜の校舎へと入って行く。そこには、巫女の死と同時に現れた謎の転校生・浮間莉音(萩原みのり)が待ち受けていた。
