Kokkyo Junreika

The timeless masterpiece of Japanese psychedelic rock and heavy rock history, J. A. Seazer's "Kokkyou Junreika," is reissued on vinyl in a long-awaited release. Recorded over two days, February 3 and 4, 1973, at the "J. A. Seazer Recital" held at Nippon Seinenkan Hall, this work condenses a selection of outstanding performances. Combined with the jacket illustration expressing its dense content and distinctive worldview, its value remains unchanged even now, more than 50 years after its release. It is truly a compilation of early Seazer and one of the milestones of the formative years of Japanese rock. While influenced by progressive rock and psychedelic rock from the UK, the US, and Germany, its unique sound also richly incorporates Japanese elements such as children's songs and folk songs, and it has long enjoyed immense popularity overseas. This long-awaited analog reissue features the latest 2026 remastering by Soichiro Nakamura (Peace Music) and an obi strip specification based on the first pressing band of the original analog release.
