Franco Celli's first leader album in 1959, A-2 "EAST OF THE SUN" shows his beautiful melodious guitar, A-3 "FELIXIN" has a piano trio and he plays bass. The interplay with saxophone on B-1 "JUST ONE OF THOSE THINGS" is hot, and Cherry's ad-lib solo on B-3 "PENNIES FROM HEAVEN" is a masterpiece.
