世界的な再評価を受ける、日本のアンビエント、環境音楽のパイオニア: イノヤマランドの前身に当たり、現在も活動を続けるヒカシューの母体となった、PRE HIKASHUとも言える幻の前衛音楽集団の1978年ライブ録音に、未発表発掘音源を追加した、70年代日本の前衛音楽の知られざる記録。1978年春に元麻布天井棧敷館で行われたライブ音源は、ExT Recordingsの前身のTRANSONIC RECORDSより1998年にリリースされていたが、それとは収録内容を変更、最新リマスタリングを施し、巻上公一がVOICEで参加しているプライベートセッションなど、数々の未発表音源を発掘、追加収録。
