2025年8月に結成10周年を迎えた、「全日本美声女コンテスト」出身メンバーによる4人組ボーカルユニット・elfin'。コロナ禍以降、ライブ活動とデジタルリリースを中心に歩みを重ねてきたelfin'が、フラッグシップイベントの復活を機に、5年ぶりとなる7thシングルをリリース。表題曲「全世界」は、AKB48「さよならクロール」収録曲「イキルコト」、乃木坂46「設定温度」、櫻坂46「魂のLiar」などを手がけてきた作曲家・石井亮輔による書き下ろし楽曲。
