12th Full Album。近年の[.que]の楽曲に多く取り入れられているピアノをメインに制作されたアンビエント・ピアノアルバム。『Dreaming』は睡眠時に見る"夢"、また東京への憧れの"夢"を掛け合わせたタイトル。夜の静寂、日々の現象やその時の気持ち、上京してからの生活を日記を綴るように奏でられた旋律は一日の終わりである夜にふさわしい音楽となっている。マスタリングにはこれまでの[.que]の作品に多数関わってきたRallye Labelからのリリースで知られるOne Day DiaryのIEDAが担当。音楽、ジャケット写真、デザインの全てを[.que]が担当しており、本作の世界観が大いに感じれる作品。CDでは紙製の引き出し型ジャケットの特別仕様で、音楽からアートワーク、装丁に至るまで、こだわり抜かれた一作となっている。
