The master tape of the Fillmore West show (July 24) was about 30 minutes long, but it was recorded in stereo with the best sound quality at that time. Jeff Beck's sharp-edged guitar was answered by Rod's voice. Ronnie plays a heavy bass... You can enjoy the original heavy rock performance. The Dallas show (July 17), 7 days before the original show, is also included in this album. This is a recording made at the venue, and it includes "Becks Bolero", "Shapes of Things", and other numbers that showcase the greatness of the band as a live band at that time.
