I used to own the R1 US DTS version (which was full bit rate) and sold it to the buy this half rate enhanced version-and boy am I pleased with it! The DTS is solid and well placed throughout, and the transfer was virtually flawless, to the point that It was like a whole new experience! Highly Recommended!
