[Machine Translation] The Melvins release their first cover/tribute album. The Melvins show their roots and their rock fan spirit with splendid guests! The Melvins performs songs by such established artists as Venom and Throbbing Gristle, rock greats like Queen, David Bowie, and the Kinks, as well as the somewhat surprising Roxy Music and the Jam, all of which he performs with great affection as a rock fan. The album also includes a track from the split 7-inch with the John Spencer Blues Explosion, which sold out instantly. The guest musicians on this album are also very distinguished. Scott Kelly ( Neurosis ), Mark Arm ( Mudhoney ), JG Sahlwell ( aka Phytas ), Jello Biafra ( Dead Kennedys ), Kevin Latmanis ( ex-Melvins ), Clem Burke ( Blondie ), Tom Hazelmayer ( The album was recorded by engineer/producer Toshi Kasai, who lives in LA and is now a member of the Melvins. He has selected and arranged the songs to bring out the exquisite flavor of the music. 13 songs in total.
