2022年9月より公演開始の舞台「炎炎ノ消防隊」第3弾を収録した本編映像と、バックステージ映像を収録した特典映像付きパッケージ。――巨大企業「灰島重工」から「第8」に配属された研究員リヒト。不自然な人事をいぶかしく思う「第8」だったが、白装束の調査の為「第7」管轄の浅草へ向かう。最強の消防官と言われる「第7」の大隊長・新門紅丸の破天荒な鎮魂に驚きを隠せないシンラたち。浅草の町でシンラが偶然助けたユウという少年をきっかけに、シンラたちは、孤高の凄腕技術者であるヴァルカンと出会う。一方、白装束らの策謀によって炎と混沌に包まれる浅草。驚異的な力を持つ鬼の"焔ビト"が目の前に立ちはだかる。壮絶な戦いの末、「第7」と「第8」は、無事事件を解決し信頼関係を築く。そして、リヒトの調査によって白装束らのアジトが判明する。そこは、聖陽教が禁忌の地とする「地下 (ネザー)」と呼ばれる場所だった。ヴァルカンを仲間に加えた「第8」は、いよいよ地下鉄道の遺構から暗闇に閉ざされた「地下 (ネザー)」への侵攻を試みる・・・。
