Although "Ancient Muse" is not my favorite Loreena McKennitt CD it is still a high quality release. As always a variety of cultural influences and diverse and unique instrumentation create a rich musical tapestry. She obviously sets a high standard for her music. Recommended!!! By the way: don't miss her if you get an opportunity to see her live in concert. Definitely a treat!
