Amid a daily life that demands being a "good girl," these girls want to live true to their own feelings - a youth anthem depicting their impulses and inner conflicts. Set to catchy phrases and an exhilarating, up-tempo melody, this song depicts a new era's image of girls unbound by "normal" or "the right answer." Carrying their fragility and anxiety, yet still facing forward and moving on - this is an energetic and utterly addictive youth song delivered to everyone living today to the fullest. <Profile> A project based on the theme of "raising future idols together with everyone," in which girls train in singing, dance, and acting, carry out the entire process at public events to build their skills, and have their growth cheered on. It marked its 17th anniversary in February 2026. In September 2023, it held its own solo live at the Hibiya Open-Air Concert Hall, which reaches its 100th anniversary on September 3, 2023. On September 6, 2024, it held a solo live at TOKYO DOME CITY HALL. In 2026, it holds a nationwide tour starting in May. In addition, each member has expanded their individual activities into dramas, films, and stage. An original short drama featuring the members recorded 10 million views on Instagram. The group currently has a total of 13 members.

アイドルカレッジ創立17周年記念新曲リリースになります。”いい子”でいることを求められる日常の中で、自分の気持ちに正直に生きたい――そんな少女たちの衝動と葛藤を描いた青春アンセム。恋なのか憧れなのか、自分でも答えがわからない感情に戸惑いながらも、一歩ずつ境界線を越えていく姿を力強く表現しています。キャッチーなフレーズと疾走感あふれるメロディに乗せて、「普通」や「正解」に縛られない新しい時代の少女像を描く一曲。危うさも不安も抱えたまま、それでも前を向いて進んでいく――そんな”今を全力で生きる”すべての人へ届ける、エネルギッシュで中毒性抜群の青春ソングです。<プロフィール>”未来のアイドルをみんなと育てていこう”をテーマに、女の子たちに、歌唱、ダンス、演技のレッスンを積ませ、全過程を公開イベントで行いスキルアップをはかり、その成長過程を応援してもらうプロジェクト。2026年2月に17周年を迎えました。2023年9月3日に100周年を迎える日比谷公園大音楽堂にて主催ワンマンライブを開催。2024年9月6日にTOKYODOMECHITYHALLにてワンマンライブ開催。2026年は5月より全国ツアー開催。また各メンバー個人活動として、ドラマや映画や舞台にも活動の幅をひろげています。メンバー出演のオリジナルショートドラマはインスタにて1000万再生を記録しています。現在は総勢13人で活動中
