Lovers, Rubbers.

[Machine Translation] manchester school's first album "Lovers, Rubbers." is the long-awaited follow-up to their 2013 debut, the 7-track single "Rain Scent EP". Compared to the strong momentum of their previous album, "Lovers, Rubbers." is a more daring album that draws on their roots in Buzzcocks and Descendents, as well as Teenage Funclub, The Who, and the Beach Boys' harmonies. The songs are simple, hooky, and have "good melodies" and "good songs". The songs on this album have been played live quite often and at a high rate, and the popular floor favorites (Lovers, Rubbers. / She's Like a Raspberry Pie / Night Cruise, etc.) are included on this album, making this the first album that fans have been waiting for. Of course, it's not much, but it's the first album since the band was formed. Of course, there are a few fast and furious high-tension songs (NEW AGE STEPPER, SENPAI ON THE KANOJO, etc.) that have been included since the band's inception. Furthermore, Harlowo's (Vo&Gu) lyrics are mostly in Japanese, as he was greatly influenced by "Masato Tomobe," a folk singer who is also known as Japan's Bob Dylan and a solitary poet. He knows the power of words, and his lyrics and their resonance give off a rare sense of style. He says that his goal was to create music that you can always have on your iPhone. Although he has a hardcore background, his love for pop music is extraordinary.

Teenage Funclub、The Who、Beach Boysのハーモニーへの憧れを更に大胆に導入。 (Lovers, Rubbers.
