T.Aこと阿部琢哉(アベタクヤ)は1972年生まれ。16才でベースを始め幾多のバンドに参加するも、失敗続きで失意の日々を送る。26才位になってから歌やギターも始め、ひとり宅録を続ける自称遅咲きのアーティストであります。2001年、地元千葉県柏市の街頭にて300枚程無料配布したCD-Rが好評を博し、この度4曲入りのファーストミニアルバム「ポップレンジ EP」をリリース!このミニアルバムは全ての音源がひとりで製作されたもので、1.ギターポップ、2.60Sポップ、3.音響ノイズ、4.脱力系テクノという様々なジャンルの音楽で構成された「ひと粒で4度おいしい!」作品です。長年の蓄積によりマテリアルは豊富なT.Aは、すかさずセカンドをリリースする予定らしいのですが、資金の回収ができてから(ほんと苦しい:本人談)とのことです。
