THE HAVENOT'S/94年横浜にて結成。当時も今もシーンはジャンル分けされている中、彼等の確立された王道のパンクロック・サウンドにジャンルなんて関係無かった。毎年60本以上のライブ活動、半分以上がツアーをして暮らす日々。そんなハブノッツのバンドスタイルに影響を受けバンドを始めた子達が現在、メジャーシーンで大活躍している「ザ・50回転ズ」「毛皮のマリーズ」「THE BAWDIES」「OKAMOTO'S」達だ。17年間のバンド活動から培ったサウンドは音楽ファン、バンドマン達からと幅広い層からリスペクトを受けている。シーンでは逆に浮いた存在に見えるが、ギターウルフは「ライバル」と賞す。そうハブノッツの魅了はライブにある。完成度の高い楽曲をノンストップで疾走、もの凄くファンなロックンロール空間を生み出す様はまるで「ラモーンズ」と同じ匂いがする。そんな彼等をイチ早く注目したのはアメリカだった。98年ファースト・アルバムをサンフランシスコのリペント・レコーズよりリリース。翌年には初のアメリカ・ツアーを決行!! マキシマム・ロックンロール、スラッシャーマガジン等のインタビューやTV取材。日本とアメリカの音楽文化の違いを感じながらも「良い状況は自分達で生みだそう」99年、自主レーベル「STARJETS RECORDS」を設立。第一弾はアメリカでリリースされた「ファースト・アルバム」を国内盤リリース。00年、マキシシングル「I HATE MUSIC STAR!!」リリースで全国区のバンドとなり1500枚完売。この年から現在のスタイル「ツアーライブバンド」としての活動がメインとなり海外アーチストや国内バンドとツアーをする日々。03年にはアメリカの「THE SOVIETTES」とのSPLITをリリース。09年シングル「MY RED GUITAR」をリリース。ライブバンドとしての活動がメインなハブノッツがニューアルバムをリリースする。待ちに待ったファン待望のセカンド・アルバム。前作より14年振り!! 2012年、日本のロックンロール・シーンにおける重要作品。期待高まる新曲のクオリティーにも注目!! 今回、日本語の歌に初チャレンジ!! 常に前進し続けるロックンロール・ヒーロー「ザ・ハブノッツ」ニューアルバム・リリースツアー、全国40ヶ所以上を予定している!!
