昨年末、TBS系情報バラエティー番組「サンデージャポン」に初出演。注目を集めるサーフミュージシャンWATARUの約2年ぶりのフルアルバム。彼の根幹になるアイランドミュージック、サーフミュージック、レゲエをベースに織りなす作品。収録曲「LIKE A BIRD」は、WATARUをサーファーとしてサポートしているムラサキスポーツが2019年ムラサキスポーツサーフィンCMソングとして決定し、昨年各地のムラサキスポーツ主催のサーフィンの大会では、会場にて大量にオンエアーされた。また、昨年末に先行配信された「Too much」は、iTunesレゲエチャートでは1位を獲得。そして、今作のリード楽曲なるNOBUとのコラボ作品は、オリンピックイヤーとなる2020年すべてのアスリート、頑張っている人たちへのアンセムソングも収録。その反面、海を彷彿するオーシャンラブソング「Be My Girl Freind」などセツないラブソングも数多く収録。
