[Machine Translation] Philia continues to make its presence known throughout Japan, especially in Sapporo. Their music is based on melody-oriented PUNK & POP ROCK, and their new album is now available for purchase. This time, the album is a best-of album since Dr. Hirokazu decided to leave the band in July. (This is the last CD with the band members, and it is filled with their thoughts and feelings more than their previous works. Since this is the last album of the current members, KISAKI, HIROKAZU, and Shion of Syndrome, who were the closest friends of the members and label representatives, have written messages in the booklet.

札幌を中心に全国的にもその存在をアピールし続けているPhilia。メロディー重視のPUNK&POP ROCKを基本に楽曲を作り上げている彼等の音源が発売決定となった。今回は、7月にDr HIROKAZUの脱退が決まりベスト盤を思わせるような内容となっている。(未発表曲多数収録)このメンバーでの最後の音源となるCDは今までの作品以上にメンバーの想いが詰まっている一枚となっている。現メンバー最後の作品ということでブックレットにメンバー&レーベル代表KISAKI、HIROKAZUと最も仲の良かったSyndromeの紫音がメッセージをよせている。
