[Machine Translation] A refreshing POP'N ROCK like soda that pops! Formed in 2000. They established their own sound "pop'n rock" = "pop but slightly twisted rock sound" from early on, and became a hot topic of conversation mainly in Shimokitazawa. In July 2002, they released their 1st maxi single "Chocolate" as if to meet the expectations of their fans. Although they were a new band, their title song "Chocolate" was selected as the theme song for the TBS/BS-i co-produced drama "P na Kanojo"! In March 2003, the band released their second maxi single, "Collection." Included in the single were #3, "37 degrees 2 minutes," which was used as the soundtrack for a movie, and #5, "Baby Cinnamon," which was used as the image song for Sanrio Puroland, and the band's stage was dramatically raised. In December of the same year, the band released its first album, "Art. The album, which sold approximately 20,000 copies, was featured on the cover of various indie magazines, and the band became a nationwide presence. After a year and a half of blanks, the band released a mini album "Monday no Midnight" in July 2005. The band's motivation grew as they launched their own label, collaborated with a variety of major artists, and held the "Furisode Aerial Disassembly" event. シュワッと弾ける炭酸飲料の様な爽快POP'N ROCK!!★2000年結成。"ポップなんだけどちょっぴりねじれたロックサウンド"="POP'N ROCK"という独自のサウンドを早くから確立し、下北沢を中心に話題になる。ファンの期待に応えるかの如く、02年7月に1st maxi single「チョコレート」をリリース。コア層から一気に全国のリスナー、バンドマンに注目され始め、新人バンドながらもタイトル曲の「チョコレート」はTBS/BS-i共同制作ドラマ「Pな彼女」の主題歌に大抜擢される!03年3月には2nd maxi single「コレクション」を発売。収録されている#3「三十七度二分」は映画のサントラに、#5「ベビーシナモン」はサンリオピューロランドのイメージソングに起用されるなど、バンドとしてのステージは格段に上がり、セールス/ライブ動員が飛躍的に伸びるきっかけにもなった名盤中の名盤である。同年12月には1st album「Art.No.5」を発売。約2万枚のセールスを誇るこの作品では各インディーズ誌の表紙を飾り、バンドは全国区の存在となる。約1年半のブランクを経て05年7月にmini album「月曜日の未明」を発売。自主レーベルの発足、様々な大御所アーティストとの共演、企画イベント"ふりそで空中分解"の開催などでバンドのモチベーションはググッと高まっていく。そんなバンドのググッと感が詰まった珠玉の7曲入りmini album「炭酸水」を4月に発売!!!!彼等にしか成り得ないこのオリジナリティーと世界観を感じて下さい!
