ピアニスト塚本サイコのオウン・ユニット、ミュージアム・オブ・プレートの新作が、正に"新""作"として登場!!★間に「茶音」、「像音」という2枚の秀作ミニ・アルバムを挟んで、98年リリースの「Plactical Symphony No.5」から4年を経た通算3作目にあたる本作は、ゲストのボアダムスのヨシミ、AOAのAI、井上薫(Chari Chari)、DSK(ポート・オブ・ノーツ)、瀧見憲司等がゲスト/プロデューサーとして参加。エンジニアにZAKを迎えて製作された一大時空間越絵巻としてここに完成した。陰/陽の描かれたチャイナウェア・ボールの共鳴に導かれてゆっくりとフェード・インしてくるピアノが空海に大きく弧を描くM1から、原始を感じさせるAIのパーカッションが交わるM2を経て全ての情感を孕んだヨシミの声が舞い降りながら聴くものの肩と脳をたたく導入部からして、このアルバムにある実感と気配がただならぬ事が伝わるだろう。クルーエル・グランド・オーケストラのVersionでもおなじみのミニマルなM4はパーカッシヴにアレンジされ、ビフォア・サイレンスwithクラシカルな小品M5に続くM6は、井上薫との共同プロデュースによる、正に羊に乗ってオーロラのかかる夜空を翔んでいるようなミラクルにしてイマジネティヴな極サウンドスケープ……。またもAIのパーカッションとの絡みがさえわたるM7に続くのは、ミルトン・ナシメント/カエターノ・ヴェローゾ作"Minas"のカヴァーで、ヨシミのヴォーカルとスキャット、DSKのコーラスに三味線とピアノが加わるその世界はジャイルス・ピーターソンも驚きの筆舌に尽し難い超絶宇宙を創出。そして瀧見憲司プロデュースによる、一粒の水滴が踊りながらせせらぎになり川になりしまいには瀧になる高速ナノ・ブレイキンを経て、ハチャトゥリアンなパンダモニアムカオス空間へ聴くものを没入させる"Fanfare"へと向かい、最終的にはバッハのアリアへと着地する。
