The second song, "Super Neko Punch," is about a college girl, and the seventh song, "Taiyo no March," is about a couple in the rear-view mirror, and many of the members have attended university in Kyoto or are from Kyoto. 2010年に関西で結成された5人組バンド、QLIP(クリップ)。主に京都の大学生を中心に結成され、地方に遠征することも殆どなし。大阪や神戸のライブハウスで、自ら主催のイベントではなく各ライブハウスのブッキングに時折出演するような内向的な活動を行っていたが、エキセントリックレコーズとキュウソネコカミのVo.セイヤからケツを叩かれ、ついに全国流通音源をリリース。キャッチーなメロディと耳に残るフレーズで、ダンサブルな曲からメロウな曲まで幅広いサウンドを表現できる実力を持ちながら、その歌詞は圧倒的なまでにひねくれていてネガティブ。「君たちの過去に一体なにがあったの?お父さんは心配です...」と不安になるほどのダークサイドの感情に満ちている。ただ、そのネガティブな感情の矛先は明らかに範囲が狭く、結局悪口とひがみ程度で終始しているところは、彼らの人の良さと器の狭さとでも言うべきか。2曲目の「スーパーネコパンチ」では女子大生を、7曲目の「太陽の行進」ではリア充カップルを、そしてメンバーの多くが京都の大学に通っていたり京都出身であるにも関わらず3曲目「都革命」では、これでもか!と言わんばかりに京都をディスる。いつかくるり先輩に怒られますよ...。そのサウンドは「フジファブリックmeetsくるり×DIS(悪口)!!!」。Punkでもない、HipHopでもない、Popだけれどディスります。「おぬし、お”ディス”がすぎますぞ!!!」
