Description

[Machine Translation] Densuke Hamasaki, a fishing fool living in Takamatsu, Shikoku, suddenly received a transfer order to the Tokyo headquarters. Reluctantly accepting the order, Densuke rents a room on the second floor of a fishing inn in Kita-Shinagawa. 四国・高松で暮らす釣りバカの浜崎伝助は、ある日突然、東京本社への転勤辞令を受けた。しぶしぶ辞令に応じて、北品川の釣り宿の二階に間借りする伝助。課長に小言を言われようとどこ吹く風、反省のない本社勤務を続ける。社長の鈴木と出会ったのは、そんな日の地下の食堂街。仕事に情熱のない伝助は社長の顔を知る筈もない。その日から"浜ちゃん"、"スーさん"と呼び合う奇妙な間柄になっていく二人だった・・・。一見ヤボだが、誰からも愛される男、浜崎伝助のコミカルな人生を、栗山富夫監督が人情味豊に綴ったサラリーマン讃歌。
