Shouko Sawada's "Furano Chapel Concert" started out on December 15, 2001 at Shin-Furano Prince Hotel. She went on to do 67 shows since then, and the show ran until March 31, 2002. This CD includes the song she wrote to the winning lyrics of the Furano-themed lyrics-writing contest. Also includes its acoustic and karaoke versions.

新富良野プリンスホテル主催の「フラノ・チャペル・コンサート」が昨年の12/15より始まり人気を集めている。3/31まで67公演のロングランで開催された。そのイベントの一環として、「富良野の景色や雰囲気を歌に」と作詩募集し、そのグランプリ作品に沢田聖子が作曲、歌唱したものをCD化。M-2にアコースティックバージョン、M-3にオリジナルカラオケを収録。
