Other songs on the album include a cover of her former teacher Kimiaki Inomata's hidden masterpiece "On the Night Men Drink Sake," a self-cover of Marcia's debut song "Just a Woman," released in 1998, and "Ringo Oiwake" and "Furimu" by Hibari Misora, which she performed at Billboard Live Tokyo in February in collaboration with the Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra. デビュー30周年記念となる新曲「ALEGRIA」をメインにしたミニアルバム。「ALEGRIA」は作詩に東京スカパラダイスオーケストラの谷中敦氏、作曲にTHE BOOMの宮沢和史氏の手により、マルシアのルーツである"ラテン"と"日本の歌謡曲"が融合した楽曲となった。マルシアの母国、ブラジルの母国語であるポルトガル語で"喜び"という意味の「ALEGRIA」は、明るいメロディに哀愁のある歌詞がのり、マルシアの新時代の代表作となる楽曲。ほかに恩師・猪俣公章先生の隠れた名曲「男が酒を飲む夜は」をカバー、1998年にリリースしたそして、マルシアのデビュー曲である「Just a Woman」のセルフカバー、2月のビルボードライブ東京で、東京スカパラダイスオーケストラとコラボレートした美空ひばりの「リンゴ追分」「ふりむけばヨコハマ」のライブ音源を収録予定。
