待ち望まれていた弦のカルテットによるPure Acoustic再び! 1987年、ポップス系アーティストとして初めて、それまでクラシックのみだったサントリーホールで公演を行った。そこから始まった「PURE ACOUSTIC」コンサートは、恒例のコンサートとして23年間ほぼ毎年行われてきたものの、主要メンバーの金子飛鳥 (Vn)の渡米をきっかけに2009年公演が最後となった。2013年の鎌倉で一度きりの公演も行われたが、あの"PURE"で透明な世界が、約5年ぶりに最高のミュージシャンとともに行われた2018年3月24日(土)新宿文化センター大ホールのLIVE音源を待望の作品化。現在のシティ・ポップを語る上で欠かせない存在、大貫妙子。彼女の何十年以上も変わらない、老成など無縁の声の魅力、そして耳に残るのはその優しく凛とした歌声、彼女の魅力が味わえるLIVE盤。
