MALACO DISCO & BOOGIE 1975-1981 COMPILED BY T-GROOVE

[Machine Translation] The world's first disco/boogie compilation of Southern Soul/MALACO songs, supervised by the proud Japanese disco master, T-GROOVE! The compilation features dance numbers, starting with the party anthem Freedom "Get Up And Dance", which was covered by MAZZEL in 2026 and is now being reevaluated! MALACO diva Dorothy Moore's lyrics about the sweet music of a man's love are adorable, as are her vibrant vocals on "Let The Music Play," the muddy, tangled, brown groove of Billy Cee's "Dark Skin Woman," and "Jewel," a dance number by Nick Nick, whose voice means "like a jewel. The song "Let You Love Rain Down On Me" is a masterpiece by the talented Jewel Bass, who was given the nickname "Jewel" meaning "jewel-like voice", and "Body English" is a disco number by King Floyd of "Groove Me", which expresses itself through the use of the body. The album is a barrage of heavyweight grooves that not only make you dance lightly but also make you listen deeply with songs, which is different from those of New York, Philly, Motown, etc.! Shout & Sweet" dance music straight from Mississippi is here! This is a Japan-only release.
