79年結成のヴィンテージ・ニューウエーヴバンド、ヴァンパイヤ! 待望のセカンドアルバム!! VAMPIRE! は1979年春、京都の某大学軽音楽部に入部した大阪生まれのwahdahが、ドラマーbaashiと出会い結成され、同年夏には、現在と同じトリオ編成に落ち着く。英米のパンクのみならず、同年京都のライヴハウスにやってきたフリクション。P-MODELなどの日本のバンドにも大きな影響を受けながらオリジナル楽曲を量産。本作品は七代目ベーシストKurimotoの加入後に作られた楽曲と80年代から演奏し続ける楽曲の双方を含む70分超の大作!
