2年半ぶりとなる5thアルバム『messenger』以来、早くも新作ミニアルバムを発表! 今作は大ネタサンプリングあり映画タイアップありの新たなメッセージが詰まった1枚。表題曲の「ONE LIFE」はベートーベン「悲愴」をサンプリングしたトラックに希望のリリックを乗せた、震災後に書き下ろした楽曲で、"自分を信じろ!"と塾長SEAMOからの熱いメッセージが響く応援ソング。また、小日向文世主演で話題を集めている映画『犬飼さんちの犬』主題歌となっている「ワン☆ダフル」は愛犬家としても知られるSEAMO自身の経験をもとに書き下ろした犬と人とのの関係を描いたハートフルな楽曲。
