「忍風戦隊ハリケンジャー」TVシリーズから20年、10 YEARS AFTERから10年。まさか、まさかの20周年で「ハリケンジャー」新作オリジナル作品が誕生。なんと今回、舞台は江戸時代末期。ありそうでなかった時代劇設定で「ハリケンジャー」=忍者のコンセプトが東映・京都撮影所制作の手によって実現した! メインキャストがふたたび集結し、現代と江戸時代のキャラクターを一人二役で熱演、時空を超えたヒーローを体現する。キャスト自ら演じるスピーディーで華麗な忍法アクションも必見! ハリケンジャーたちの先祖5名の忍者が、世界を滅ぼすといわれる「天翔石」をめぐって"ウラ七本槍"の最強最悪の敵、オイランダ&アウンジャとの激闘を繰り広げる。――時は江戸時代、疾風流の忍者・鷹之介(塩谷瞬)、なみ(長澤奈央)、吼太郎(山本康平)、迅雷流の一角(白川裕二郎)、一牙(姜暢雄)の前に"ウラ七本槍"のオイランダ、アウンジャが出現し、迅雷流の二人が護衛する照姫が襲われる。照姫のもつ世界を滅ぼすといわれる"天翔石"を狙っていたのだ。一角、一牙では全く歯が立たず、万事休すかと思われた瞬間、未来からタイムスリップしてきたハリケンジャー、ゴウライジャーたちが突如現れ、激闘を繰り広げる。大江戸メダル(予定)、フォトカードセット(予定)封入。
