[Machine Translation] Pressure Sounds" is proud to announce the first reissue of two classic albums released in 1982 on "Black Music" label under the umbrella of "Starlight Records" in the UK, as a 2-CD set (LP sold separately)! First time on CD! Produced by Bunny Lee, these two albums were recorded during the golden era of King Tubby's, the heaviest mixing house in Jamaica at the time, and were the last two albums Prince Jammy worked on at King Tubby's on the eve of independence. DISC 1 is a tight and heavy dub mix by Prince Jammy of tunes by Cornell Campbell, Jackie Edwards and Johnny Clarke, including three dubs from Delroy WIlson's "Go Away Dream". DISC 2 is a well-known masterpiece by Delroy Wilson, who made his debut at the age of 13 and became a leader of the Jamaican music scene in his mid-30s, and is also known as Dennis Brown's teacher. This disc also includes "Spit in The Sky" (Disc 2: M-1), an update of a hit song from his "Studio One" album. Most of the performances on both albums are by the High Times Band, which is not mentioned in the original sleeves.

Bunny Leeがプロデュースしたこの2作は、当時ジャマイカにおける最もへヴィーなミキシング・ハウスとして知られたスタジオKing Tubby'sの黄金時代に録られ、独立前夜のPrince JammyがKing Tubby'sで最後に手掛けたジャマイカ音楽史に名を刻む名作。DISC1はCornell Campbell、Jackie Edwards、Johnny ClarkeのチューンをPrince Jammyがタイトでヘヴィーなダブ作品にミックス。Delroy WIlsonの『Go Away Dream』からの3曲のダブも収録。DISC2は、13歳でデビューし、30代中盤でジャマイカ音楽シーンを束ね、Dennis Brownの先生としても知られるビッグスターDelroy Wilsonの知る人ぞ知る名盤。自身の"Studio One"からのヒット曲をアップデートした「Spit in The Sky」 (Disc2: M-1)も収録。両作の演奏の殆どはオリジナル・スリーヴには未記載だがHigh Times Bandによるもの。
