Kodai Oja Kyoryu King D Kids Adventure Vol.6

Episode fifteen was kind of strange in that it showed the heroes were completely unprepared for a dinosaur to appear and were caught off-guard easily. It was interesting that they were separated from the Dinoholders for some time. The choreography of the final battle was very different to the usual battles. Episode sixteen had the concept of Dr. Sonoida building a super controller to increase the power of a dinosaur. Unfortunately the Acrocanthosaurus was very powerful already and giving him the ability to burn everything he touched made his fights extremely- one-sided. The episode was entertaining up to that point, though. The integration of soccer in episode seventeen never really seemed like a central thing, it was more of a gimmick. Everyone seemed easily distracted too and while the episode had some decent comedic scenes, but wasn't particfularly memorable. Overall, episode fifteen saves this DVD from a negative review. Episodes sisxteen and seventeen are somewhat entertaining but the way they handled the main theme of those episodes really bothers me.
