He is an out-of-control ruffian who is unbeatable in fighting and mischievousness. He admires Akane, the most beautiful girl in his class, and loves his dog Donjiro like a younger brother. Chotaro's mischievous behavior causes all kinds of commotion through his interactions with his mother, who is in charge of the house, his father, who is a zookeeper, his beautiful sister, Kaoru, and his classmates. 27 episodes in total. Commentary enclosed.
